Have an old cabin with massive decks that has been neglected and abused for over a decade, as well as located in a very rural spot with poor water pressure. I thought there was no hope. The Oakland team came out, told me what was possible. I really did not believe they could do what they were saying, but saving the decks and the wood siding was worth giving them a try. The office staff and the on site team were polite and professional. The on site team was prompt, worked hard, left property in great shape and I am just amazed with the results! They restored all of my wood and the home looks brand new. I just cannot recommend Oakland Power Washing any higher!

Reasonably priced. My biggest concern was my landscaping and I feel the two employees really cared about that. While inspection after their service I walked around with an employee and looked at everything. None of my plants had been crushed much to my happiness. The employees were friendly but professional. Oakland Power Washing I get a bunch of alerts from Ring so I check my cameras and see there at my house prepping to wash it. There moving a few things from the side of my house I have an American flag hanging I watch the gentleman take it and put it in his truck so it’s not on the ground. That to me was one of the most respectful things I could catch on camera. This is the type of company you want to have cleaning your house. Up most respect for these guys. They walked around and verified everything, took time to tape door knobs and locks so the washers didn’t ruin the metal finishing. My 2 year old home needed a cleaning from the mold and mildew stains on my white trim. They were quick to schedule me! My camper was blocking one side of the home and they were able to come back out once I was on vacation to clean the side they were unable to get to because of the camper! Very pleased with the whole process from getting a quote to job completion. After accepting the quote, work was scheduled within a week. Scheduled at 9:30 AM March 31. When's the last time anyone was that precise with their scheduling? None of that "between 8:00 - 4:00" nonsense. James and his partner showed up at 9:30 as promised. An excellent job of cleaning the house and roof. Both look like new. Really glad to get that black looking mold/algae/bacteria off the roof. They also power washed the front walkway, which was totally unexpected. I would recommend them highly.

They cleaned our steeple at Palestine Methodist Church. They changed our scheduled appointment to accommodate our request as we were getting a new roof on the church. Kristy was so easy to work with and so very kind and professional. The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and proficient. The job they did was outstanding. They finished in just a few hours. We could not be happier with the results and will certainly call on them again when we need more work done. The price was more than reasonable. Five plus stars!!!!

5 starts because these guys were knowledgeable and fair. My roof was pretty bad, full of algae. They came out and sprayed but didn't get everything off. They came out again and finished the job right. They also knocked off 80 bucks for accidentally spraying my car, which was not a big deal. Nice, honest guys.

This veteran owned and operated company is extremely professional and do a great job! They showed up in time, and I didn’t have to do a thing, they moved all the patio furniture and put it back after they were done. Got a great deal for pressure washing my siding, fence, and roof. Even with thick algae on my fence, they were able to get it off and save me a great hassle of spending many hours completing the task. Will hire again for future needs!

We had some bushes removed and there was a lot of dirt and green gunk left over from the bushes. Oakland power washing actually did a soft wash and washed the soffit and the gutters as well and a little of the front walk for a little less than another company's bid for regular power washing. The difference is incredible. They also walked around the house with us after it was done and explained anything they weren't able to clean (stuff that we didn't even notice until they pointed it out). Their estimates are free and everyone responded promptly and they even sent a text when they were on their way (very precise at 17 minutes out and 13 minutes out). We will definitely be calling them again when we need another washing!

They came in one time to pressure wash the rental we were living in and they did a great job that when we bought a house in town, we tracked them down through the property management firm so they can do our house too before we move in. Our house looks so clean and looks brand new after Oakland Power Washing was done with the job. The house was sparkling outside! Will definitely use their services again and will recommend to others!

Anthony and his crew did a great job on my home. They were prompt on time and efficient. They did my house almost 3 years ago and it still looks good. They even managed to avoid causing damage to my extensive garden. I will be calling them again when I need them.
